Company Incorporation
From company-name coordination and incorporation particulars through initial post-incorporation setup, FSV helps organise the company structure and required next steps before filing begins.
How it works
Clarify the proposed business activity, ownership, directors, shareholders and registered-office arrangements before submission, including any sector-specific approvals or requirements that may be relevant.
Coordinate company-name requirements, incorporation particulars and agreed supporting information for submission through the applicable SSM process, without assuming approval or a fixed processing time.
After incorporation, coordinate agreed immediate requirements such as the company-secretary appointment, registered-office matters and applicable tax, employer or other registrations based on the company's circumstances and agreed scope.
Foreign ownership
The Companies Act 2016 does not itself impose a general equity condition on Malaysian incorporated companies, but specific licences, permits, approvals or regulated activities may impose additional ownership, capital or operating requirements. A private Malaysian company must also have the applicable resident-director arrangement in place.

Foreign ownership can be possible, but the applicable structure and conditions depend on the business activity and any sector-specific licences, permits or approvals. A Malaysian private company must also meet the applicable resident-director requirements.
A Malaysian company must maintain a registered office in Malaysia. Its first company secretary is appointed following incorporation within the applicable post-incorporation timeframe and must meet the relevant eligibility requirements.
The starting information commonly includes the proposed company name and business activities, director and shareholder particulars, the ownership and shareholding structure, registered office and business address information, identification or supporting documents as required, and relevant sector or licence information where applicable. Final requirements depend on the proposed company and its circumstances.
Incorporation starts the compliance lifecycle. Agreed next steps may include the first company secretary appointment, registered office and statutory records, applicable tax or employer registrations, banking and ongoing company-secretarial or statutory obligations.
